Yes you can but the fit will not be as good.  I do recommend tailored sizing but I understand that can be a time consuming process.  We will happily make a mens velvet blazer with regular sizing if that is best for you.   Just enter your size in the Chest section of the sizing area of the order page.  We will likely contact you to verify.
